ABOUT TABLEMUSEAlex Bildsoe is an artist and baker in Saint Paul, MN. Coming to baking through a wild grove of fine art, illustration, craft, and creative writing, she approaches food with an artist’s eye and critical thinking. Alex has a deep passion for the slow food movement and believes that using fresh, locally produced ingredients is not only more delicious, it is economically and environmentally vital to our communities.
PHILOSOPHYBrandi believes photos are metaphors, making the abstract concrete and mystifying the mundane. They believe photography is a conversation between the photographer, the subject, and those who will view these images for years to come. Brandi relishes in adding to the archive of humanity.
